# Governance Control Quadrat Governance (NFT Pass and $POOL token owners) control and protect the protocol and strategies. Quadrat Governance is monitoring all the Strategies and Asset Managers. {% hint style="warning" %} Based on the community and protocol policies, If the Governance notices any unusual, malicious, or dangerous activity of the Asset Manager, Governance can vote on blocking and taking the manager out of the control of the strategy contract, to protect users and capital.
