# Overview

**Quadrat Protocol** enables anyone with [NFT Pass](https://quadrat.plasma.finance/quadrat-launch-roadmap/quadrat-nft-pass) to create and manage Strategies for any Uniswap v3 Pool on 4 blockchains: Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum.

You can manage Strategies with your own funds (same as you manage Uniswap v3 positions) or attract external capital and receive a management fee from your Strategy Performance.
